MapleQuest is an independent educational publication. We explain the language used around video reward programs: what an activity involves, what points represent, and which questions matter before sharing time or information.
What goes into a guide
Each guide separates general concepts from claims about a particular service. We use primary sources, such as provider documentation and public consumer-protection guidance, for the factual statements attributed to those sources. The sources and the date they were checked appear with the article.
Context stays with the claim
A document about one region or a dated program announcement is identified as such. It is not treated as proof that a program is available to every reader. Worked scenarios are labeled as fictional examples, not participant stories. Reading-time labels are calculated from the article’s length.
Corrections and changing information
To flag an error, send the page address, the passage concerned and a source that explains the issue. A source-check date records the review of that edition; it does not mean that an external service is monitored continuously. Read the provider’s current terms for a decision about its program.
Our relationship to reward programs
